Tamara Diez Otero is a disabled activist and a public speaker. She was diagnosed with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis. She lives in Spain.
Tamara is a fighter. She shares with absolute honesty and without any filters her thoughts, emotions and feelings since ME’s first symptoms appeared: the pain, the anxiety, the anger, the disappointment, the distress, the struggle, the everyday obstacles, the loneliness, the indifference and even the social exclusion she has faced. However, being a dynamic personality, she has never given up hope. Her life is dedicated to sharing her experience and knowledge so that other people diagnosed with ME do not feel the loneliness and perhaps the distress she has lived with for so many years!
